Currency Risk Management
Currency Risk Management
We measure and identify currency risk and develop an approach based on geographic presence, transaction flows, financial situation and risk appetite. A project may cover:
Identification of current exposures that may include underlying exposures in certain contractual arrangements, financing obligations or investments.
Examination of business operational requirements, risk philosophy and customer/vendor relationships.
Determination of the most appropriate hedging techniques, including natural offsets, netting opportunities and derivative instruments.
Development of an operational policy and procedures manual which will define exposures, set hedging limits, specify approved hedging instruments and delineate authority limits.
Security and Cyber Risk Management
Our security and cyber risk management practice focuses on the areas of payments fraud and cybercrime, growing concerns for all treasury professionals. We work with banks and corporations to address strategic issues such as development of a risk management policy and tactical issues such as ransomware mitigation, account takeover and business email compromise.
